Terms and Conditions:
Payment:
Upon submitting the order form, you are deemed to be agreeable to the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Payments have to be made within 48 hours upon receiving of invoice.
Failing to do so, unless previously agreed upon, would result in your items let out to the next interested buyer.
All apparel or items are brand new or imported products.
Delivery:
You may either opt for Normal or Registered Postage.
Normal Mail may be cheaper, but you are not able to track your parcel and there's a possibility of lost/damaged mails.
Chillipadiplease will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail therefore it is highly advisable our customers to opt for Registered Postage.
We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails.
Refund is strictly not done for lost/damaged mails.
Exchange policy is only applicable under circumstance a defective item is being sent out.
Exchange Policy:
*All items have been thoroughly checked before mailing out.
In case of defects, please email us a photo of the defect within 7 days from point of sale for review.
If defect is valid, items have to be returned within 14 working days.
After this duration has expired, item returned will not be accepted.
Please note that items must not have been washed or worn and must be in brand new condition.
Postage to have the item sent back to us will be refund or credit to next purchase.
Refunds are not entertained.
If the item you originally purchased has been sold out or unavailable, the amount will be credited for your next purchase.
In event we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by customer.
This means that postage to have the item send back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.
Exchanges for designs, color differences and sizing would not be done.
Chillipadiplease will put in our best efforts to ensure that all of our products are in good quality.
However, there might be times where the defects are missed out by us.
Do inform us and a new piece will be replaced if there are available stocks.
